Eero Saarinen:  Shaping the Future   National Building Museum & The Finnish Cultural Institute in NY
Touring exhibit, 2006 - 2010.  Responsible for international and domestic logistics; data-base management; liaison with venue registrars; courier services.
Olga Hirshhorn ReCollects  Annmarie Garden & Sculpture Park, Calvert County, MD  In Affiliation with the Smithsonian Institution
Inaugural exhibition on loan from the Corcoran Gallery of Art for AMG New Arts building.  Coordinate all transportation, installation, and conservation activities for loans from HMSG and National Gallery of Art; provide comprehensive consultation services.  2003 to present.
Royalists to Romantics: Women Artists from the Louvre, Versailles, and Other French National Collections  National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, DC   
Touring exhibit, August 2011 - August 2012.  Responsible for international logistics, courier services, and tour arrangements to the Nationalmuseum, Stockholm.  Served as courier to that venue.

Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition I & II & III National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution
Conduct comprehensive registration for national portrait competition – arranging shipping and receipt of all semi-finalists’ works; database management, incoming processing, handling, return of unselected works, transfer to The Donald R. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture for installation and exhibition.  OBPCI – 2006, OBPCII 2008-2009.  Incoming condition examination and registration for semi-finalist works for OBPCIII 2012
